Acroyoga

Una fusión de acrobacia con yoga, incluso con aún más beneficios instantáneos que la misma práctica del yoga. Incrementa la concentración, equilibrio corporal y confianza en sí mismo de una manera más rapida y notable. Es un constante reto con uno mismo, una permanente conexión con tu compañero de acroyoga.

El control en la respiración es sumamente importante, además de que como se debe realizar en pareja podría utilizarse como una forma de resolver diferencias y sanar heridas.

Cuando tenemos miedo inmediatamente perdemos nuestro equilibrio y nos podemos caer. La confianza en uno mismo y en la pareja es la que nos va a dar la fuerza y balance… Esto aplica en la vida en general y en el ACROYOGA.

Creo que este tipo de entrenamiento podría dejarnos además una buena enseñanza de vida.
